Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern bookings and service delivery for our auto repair services in Spain. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or authorizing work, you agree to these Terms.
- Bookings & scheduling. Bookings are subject to availability. We may reschedule due to parts lead times, workshop capacity, or safety concerns. If we need to reschedule, we will propose the next available slot.
- Quotes & authorization. Quotes include VAT unless stated otherwise. Final price may vary if additional issues are found, but any additional work requires your consent (in writing, by message, or recorded phone authorization where permitted).
- Payments. Major cards are accepted. Full payment is due upon pickup or completion of mobile service. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension and storage fees where legally allowed.
- Warranties. Parts and labor warranties follow EU rules and manufacturer standards. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or modifications.
- Limitations & pre-existing issues. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, wear-related failures, or unrelated issues discovered during service. If inspection reveals a safety-critical condition, we may refuse release of the vehicle until you acknowledge the risk in writing or until repaired, as permitted by law.
- Data protection. Data handling complies with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We process only what is necessary to provide services, manage bookings, comply with legal obligations, and improve customer support.
- Governing law & venue. Spanish law governs these Terms. Venue: Madrid, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

Payment & cancellation notes
If you cancel with short notice, we may charge a reasonable diagnostic, time, or parts restocking fee where applicable and permitted. If parts have been specially ordered, cancellation may still require payment for supplier costs.
